Received a PhD degree from Electronics and Nanoscale Engineering, University of Glasgow, UK. Dr. Zhang was awarded a Joint funding between China Scholarship Council and University of Glasgow for PhD study in UK. Graduated early 2017, she did research on integrated waveguide optical isolator on SOI. In the same year, she started her post-doctoral research in  the same university, engaging in a Horizon 2020 European project ‘iBROW’ - Innovative ultra-Broadband ubiquitous Wireless communications through terahertz transceivers. Currently, Dr. Zhang works as a senior engineer in THz Radiation and Detection Center.
