Received an optoelectronic Doctor Degree from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China. Dr. Yang is the sub-project leader of the Ministry of Science and Technology major instrument special project “A new generation of dangerous goods analysis and testing equipment development based on terahertz technology". Currently, he is Director of Terahertz Radiation and Detection Center and General Chief Engineer of SITTI.
