Received a PhD degree in optical engineering from Nanjing University, China. He is mainly engaged in research and development of optoelectronic devices based on two dimensional materials. He acted as one of the key personal of National 973 Program and some research programs hosted by National Natural Science Foundation of China and National Major Technology Program etc. Currently, Dr. Li works as R&D Engineer of THz Communication Center.
